About Topham Guerin

Topham Guerin are the global influence experts. Our teams work across London, New York, Sydney and Auckland, delivering social media, digital communications, content and campaigns for clients in the UK and internationally.

You'll work on campaigns for global brands, government and public sector organisations, and high-profile institutions.

The Role

You’ll have a strong design vision and conceptual ability. You can elevate undefined creative concepts and evolve design beyond current guidelines. And you’ll be ready to sell your work too, pulling together arguments for your work that win clients over.

You’re a go-to authority on best practice, across channels and formats. And when required you manage and lead other members of the Creative team on the more technical aspects of design.

Because digital is our bread and butter, you should also ‘get’ social media. You’ll understand what makes something work in a feed, how design changes across platforms and why social-first creative is different from traditional advertising.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
