Description
About us
Construct is the brand transformation studio within Together Group, known for our strategic and creative work across ultra-luxury and hospitality. We push for the most refined, considered creative solutions for our clients — and we're growing our team of makers, thinkers and leaders to do it.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Designer to work closely with our Design Directors and Creative Director, taking an active lead on projects that shape compelling brand identities from the ground up. You'll drive creative work forward end to end — from initial concept through to flawless execution — while mentoring and supporting the designers around you.
This is a role for someone with strong conceptual thinking, a sharp eye for craft, and the presence to captivate a room, whether that's your studio team or a client.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
