Senior Designer | Facades, Cladding & Curtain Walling

Competitive Base Salary, Working from Home Opportunities & More!

A growing specialist facade contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Designer to join its expanding Design team. Working across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and mixed-use projects, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facade professional to take ownership of technically complex projects while playing a key role in the continued growth of the business. The successful candidate will be a specialist in facades, cladding and curtain walling, with a strong understanding of interface detailing and coordination. This role would suit someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, leading design packages and working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and project teams to deliver high-quality facade solutions.

The Role

As a Senior Designer, you'll lead the technical delivery of facade packages from design development through to construction. Working closely with Project Managers, architects, consultants and specialist subcontractors, you'll take responsibility for design coordination, technical detailing and ensuring facade systems integrate successfully with the wider building envelope. This position offers significant responsibility, exposure to a broad range of projects and the opportunity to contribute to the development of a growing Design Department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
