About Us

We are a leading international design studio specialising in luxury hospitality, superyachts, and high-end residential projects. Our work goes beyond creating beautiful spaces—we craft immersive, memorable experiences that celebrate exceptional design, craftsmanship, and contemporary luxury.

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer who combines creative vision with strong technical expertise. This role is ideal for a designer who can develop compelling concepts, lead projects with confidence, and deliver exceptional results from inception through to completion.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Develop and drive the creative vision and design narrative for projects.
  • Conduct research, create mood boards, and develop concepts that elevate the guest and residential experience.
  • Translate ideas into distinctive and innovative design solutions.

Bespoke Design

  • Design custom furniture, joinery, lighting, and decorative elements tailored to each project.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and craftspeople to deliver unique design outcomes.
  • Ensure all design details align with the overall project vision and brand standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
