Senior Designer – Alan Paine Limited
Alan Paine Limited, a heritage knitwear and lifestyle brand renowned for its craftsmanship and timeless British style, is seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our creative team.
Role Overview:
You will lead the design and development of seasonal collections, ensuring they reflect our brand DNA while innovating for new markets. Working closely with the Product Development and Merchandising teams, you will create compelling designs and oversee the process from concept to final sample.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of seasonal knitwear and apparel collections.
- Develop trend-led but brand-appropriate designs, mood boards, and colour palettes.
- Working with the technical team to generate tech packs but not a main requirement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and commercial objectives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in design, ideally in knitwear or heritage-inspired apparel.
- Strong understanding of yarns, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills and experience in technical drawing.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Passion for British heritage style and luxury fashion.
- You must live within a commutable distance to Mansfield.

Based in Mansfield (Hybrid considered)
Salary:
Competitive, dependent on experience.
