Senior Designer

Manchester Centre - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Are you a visionary creative who thrives on shaping bold, memorable brand experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Designer to drive the storytelling, design, and innovation across a portfolio of brands.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and elevate brand identities, ensuring each has a distinctive voice and visual presence.
  • Conceptualize campaigns and creative platforms that resonate culturally, delight guests, and deliver commercial impact.
  • Bring brand strategy, customer insight, and business priorities to life across digital, social, print, and in-store experiences.
  • Lead the creation of seasonal campaigns, launches, events, partnerships, and high-profile initiatives.
  • Explore and embed AI-driven creative tools to speed up ideation, content production, and workflow efficiency, while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Oversee the full creative process - briefing, prioritization, resourcing, delivery - ensuring projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Direct photography and video production, maintaining excellence in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and art direction.
  • Safeguard and evolve brand standards, guidelines, and creative quality across all outputs.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a senior creative, art direction, or brand leadership role, ideally managing multiple brands or campaigns in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, integrated campaigns, digital content, print, and art direction.
  • Someone from an agency background / background within retail or hospitality.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance creative output and production workflows.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite; motion/film editing experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and print production.
  • Confident communicator, able to present ideas, influence stakeholders, and make smart commercial decisions.
  • Organised and strategic, with the ability to manage competing priorities and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
