Major Players working with a London creative agency working across live entertainment is hiring a Senior Designer. Their campaigns run at a global public scale, across theatre, immersive shows, festivals, and exhibitions.

This is a newly created role, joining an in-house creative team to increase capacity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Designing 360 campaigns from first concept through to full rollout
  • Reimagining creative for established brands, alongside originating new campaign work
  • Print and out of home, including large format, plus digital and social assets
  • Building suites of branded assets across formats and channels
  • Working with the Creative Director and Art Directors to define brand vision and guardrails
  • Working inside existing brand guidelines as brand guardian
  • Presenting concepts to internal teams and to senior stakeholders
  • Managing multiple live projects against short client turnarounds

Required Skills

  • Senior-level design experience at an agency, working on campaigns end to end
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual design craft
  • Campaign work taken from concept to rollout, evidenced in your portfolio
  • Print and out of home, and digital experience all required
  • Full Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Figma, used heavily for digital static assets

Ideal Experience

  • Live entertainment, theatre, film, festivals, sport, or culture marketing
  • Agency background preferred
  • Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Motion or video production as a secondary skill

The Details

  • Hybrid, minimum 3 days a week in central London
  • Target role start - Nov-December
  • Salary: £45,000 to £50,000
