Company Description

London minotticucine by asso group operates a flagship showroom specialising in Italian luxury minimalist kitchens for clients in the UK and internationally. We design and install luxury kitchens for architects, interior designers, and private clients who treat their homes as considered spaces.

Our showroom sits in Fitzrovia, at the centre of the design community.

Every project is bespoke - from concept through to materials and final installation. We are renowned for using innovative solutions for our projects - natural stone, cast bronze, and metal finishes.

We believe luxury is a discipline - precision, restraint, and an obsessive attention to detail, at every stage of a project's life.

Role Description

This is a full-time role, based at our showroom in Fitzrovia, London.

As a Senior Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design of luxury minimalist kitchens, from initial client consultation through to final installation.

  • You will meet clients in the showroom, interpret their needs, and create detailed kitchen layouts, 3D visuals, and material specifications.
  • You will manage multiple projects, liaise with suppliers and installation teams, and ensure designs meet brand standards, technical requirements, and budget constraints.
  • You will prepare complete design proposals, technical drawings, and detailed project documentation.
  • You will manage projects independently throughout all phases of development, through to final installation.
  • You will represent minotticucine professionally during client presentations, site visits and project reviews.
  • You will also contribute to showroom presentation, support sales activities, and help maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and other partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
