Senior Designer (Freelance)

Start ASAP - End of November

Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office - Windsor based)

Day Rate: £350-425 per day (Outside IR35)

Imagine building an ultra-luxury brand world from scratch, backed by groundbreaking scientific innovation & guided by the design ethos of elite luxury houses.

We are partnering with a high-growth, science-led organisation creating a disruptive, ultra-premium brand proposition. Rather than following standard beauty & cosmetics formulas, this brand takes inspiration from the craftsmanship, tangible weight & refined aesthetics of world-class luxury - think high-end spirits, fine watchmaking & iconic luxury accessories.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Designer with high-level conceptual vision to bridge the gap between initial brand strategy & tangible execution. You will refine early-stage concepts, elevate typography & colour systems, & craft a world-class visual identity ready for an international launch.

Role Highlights

  • Shape an extraordinary luxury brand world, evolving early-stage internal concepts into a cohesive, high-impact design system.
  • Direct conceptual design & packaging vision, passing execution assets seamlessly to the in-house creative team.
  • Disrupt traditional cosmetics conventions by injecting ultra-luxury references from fine spirits, automotive & high-end craft sectors.
  • Bring creative concepts to life across photography direction, brand touchpoints & tactile packaging design.
  • Work directly with senior decision-makers in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where your creative footprint will be front & center.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
