Senior Designer or Associate Creative Director
London based brand & packaging agency (hybrid, 3 days in the studio)
Salary: Depends on experience
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Designer or Associate Creative Director to join a leading creative agency specialising in branding and packaging for premium drinks brands.
Exciting opportunity for a talented creative with a strong foundation in the drinks industry, spanning both luxury and FMCG brands. You'll be a hands-on thinker and maker, capable of delivering everything from compelling brand worlds to standout key visuals, while helping to lead and inspire creative excellence across the studio.

Working closely with the Design Director, you'll play a key role in leading projects, developing creative concepts and delivering world-class design solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects, and confidently engage with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop distinctive brand identities, packaging and campaigns
- Leading projects from concept through to final production
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to bring creative ideas to life
- Providing strategic and creative input across multiple accounts
- Support and mentor junior creatives where appropriate

- Proven experience at Senior Designer or Associate Creative Director level
- Strong portfolio across the drinks sector, including luxury and FMCG brands
- Hands on expertise in branding, packaging and visual identity systems
- Skills across illustration, animation and motion are highly desirable
- Strong understanding of production processes and execution
- Comfortable presenting to and building relationships with clients
- A collaborative team player
