Overview
The Team
The Global Business Development Design Studio is a high-performing, internationally connected creative team within Publicis Groupe. With more than 25 creatives across London, New York, Chicago, Seattle, and Singapore, we partner with teams across the business to shape compelling brand experiences, elevate visual storytelling, and support key growth opportunities globally.
Collaboration is at the heart of how we work. We are a passionate, ambitious, and creatively driven team that thrives on delivering world-class design solutions across presentations, brand identity, digital experiences, and business development initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys working at pace, collaborating across teams, and influencing high-profile global projects.
The Role
We are looking for a talented and strategic Senior Designer to join our Global Business Development Design Studio. This role will play a key part in supporting Publicis Groupe’s Business Development practice by creating impactful visual experiences that help win and grow business across the organisation.
You will work across a wide range of creative outputs including pitch presentations, microsites, brand identities, experiential concepts, and digital and print collateral. We’re looking for a hybrid creative thinker who combines exceptional craft with strategic insight — someone who can transform complex briefs into bold, engaging, and polished creative work.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop best-in-class PowerPoint presentations and templates, incorporating sophisticated layout, animation, and storytelling techniques
- Partner with marketing, communications, and business development teams on global, regional, and local pitch opportunities
- Create compelling print and digital collateral for presentations, campaigns, and business initiatives
- Develop strategic experiential and branded design concepts for client engagements and events
- Contribute to evolving and improving creative processes and design standards across the team
- Champion brand consistency, ensuring all work aligns with Publicis Groupe’s visual identity and creative standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, highly creative team environment
- Take creative direction confidently while also proactively contributing ideas and solutions
Qualifications
- Professional design experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation design, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Advanced PowerPoint expertise with a strong understanding of presentation narrative and motion
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent typography, layout, and conceptual design skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret both verbal and written briefs
- Positive, collaborative mindset and openness to creative feedback
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
