Company Description

LeSHOP is a creative agency specialising in commerce. Our mission is to make brands unmissable wherever and whenever a purchase decision is being made, driving growth in both their brand equity and their commercial performance.

We bring brand thinking to commerce challenges and commerce thinking to brand challenges, breaking silos to deliver stronger results for our client partners.

Overview

About the role

LeSHOP have partnered with one of the UK’s leading energy providers to build an embedded creative studio team dedicated exclusively to their account. Working in close tandem with the client’s in-house studio, you will take day-to-day direction directly from the client while enjoying all the perks and backing of being a Publicis employee.

This hybrid role is based in London, splitting your time between LeSHOP offices at TVC (2 days/week), the client's office (1 day/week), and remote working (2 days/week).

As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role bridging high-craft design, expert motion graphics, and emerging generative technologies. We are looking for someone with standout motion design capabilities—which will form over half of your day-to-day work—and a natural talent for utilizing AI tools to elevate creative ideation and execution.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Motion Design & Ownership (40-50%+ of the role): Bring the client’s brand to life across digital channels by creating dynamic assets, campaign elements, and animated illustrations. Champion motion principles across the team and continuously refine our studio motion standards.
  • Gen-AI Innovation: Explore and integrate generative AI design and motion tools into daily workflows to streamline ideation, rapidly prototype concepts, and expand visual possibilities.
  • Multi-Channel Design: Deliver high-crafted visual assets across email, digital media, printed collateral, event graphics, and OOH experience materials.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with client brief owners, project managers, and the wider studio team to deliver creative solutions that are strategically aligned, on brief, and on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
