Job Opening: Creative Lead (Design & Technology)

We’re seeking a talented, driven, and visionary creative leader thrives in a cross-disciplinary setting and delivers exhilarating, results-driven work across print, events, web, virtual reality, 3D, and motion.


The Role

  • Lead project teams in formulating creative direction and approach.
  • Advise on design strategies, ethical decision-making, and best practices.
  • Offer cross-disciplinary leadership to ensure high-value and quality deliverables.
  • Engage with clients at an agency level, delivering technical and creative support.
  • Review project specifications and client briefs to prioritise excellence.
  • Define project pipelines by identifying opportunities and maximising potential.
  • Provide hands-on creative guidance across mixed-discipline teams.
  • Foster collaborative, agile working and ensure creativity drives outcomes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

✔ A passionate commitment to design and digital technology, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to high-quality output.

✔ Experience leading large-scale, mixed-discipline projects in fast-paced environments.

✔ Strong organisational and communication skills, confidently managing client relationships and creative expectations.

✔ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

✔ Proficiency in UX/UI design, with a willingness to guide diverse projects.

✔ Exceptional layout and typography skills, complemented by layout agility.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and thrive where decisions impact both process and client outcomes.

✔ Agile development experience, ensuring seamless teamwork and innovative flare.

✔ A thoughtful and proactive problem-solver, exemplified by your bold portfolio of conceptual design.

✔ A proven record of leading and delivering ingenious, cross-disciplinary outcomes.
