Major Players is building a pool of senior designers and design leads across brand experience, experiential and live events for clients hiring over the coming months.
We are speaking to designers at senior and lead level from event and experiential agencies, brand activation studios, and PR or comms agencies with in-house design teams. Roles across our client base run from senior hands-on designers through to leads owning the function end to end.
Typical Responsibilities
- Designing across live events and brand activations for consumer, retail and culture clients
- Event assets including signage, branding, large format and print
- Campaign creative, brand identity work and communication materials
- Presenting concepts to internal teams and direct to clients
- Working inside clients' brand guidelines as brand guardian
- Internal decks, documents and agency brand work
- Checking the quality of outgoing work
- Briefing creative partners such as photographers and illustrators
- Briefing and managing freelance designers on overflow

Required Skills
- Senior-level design experience gained at an agency, working on live events, brand activations or experiential campaigns
- Print, event signage and large format, and digital. All three.
- Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, plus Figma
- Strong typography, layout and visual design craft
- Design experience inside brand guidelines for recognisable brands
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines with autonomy

Ideal Experience
- Agency, event, experiential or brand activation background
- Comfortable in smaller teams, working directly with senior stakeholders and clients
- AI tools built into your working process
- Motion, illustration or 3D as a secondary skill
Personal Attributes
- Calm under pressure, comfortable with fast turnarounds
- Organised and collaborative, with a team-first attitude
