Job Title: Senior Developer

Location: Coventry, West Midlands (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme

We're partnering with a profitable, founder-led UK technology business with a 25-year track record and customers across 160 countries. As part of a major engineering transformation, they're looking for a Senior Developer to help modernise their platform, shape technical strategy, and drive the adoption of AI-assisted development practices. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, highly capable team with genuine ownership over architecture, product direction, tooling strategy, and greenfield development.

The Role

You will lead architecture across an established suite of network and internet infrastructure products, including web caching, DNS/DHCP, and education gateway solutions, while also contributing to the design of new products and services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
