Job Title: Senior Developer
Location: Warwick (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time Contract (IR35)
Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a talented Senior Developer to spearhead the development of a business-critical application. This exciting opportunity is pivotal to providing a single source of truth for equipment demand, procurement, contract management, and project delivery, with plans for seamless integration into broader business systems and data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development, configuration, and integration of the solution in accordance with the Solution Design Document (SDD).
- Translate approved business requirements into scalable functionality, workflows, data models, interfaces, and reporting.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end development activity, ensuring a hands-on approach throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Business Architect and key stakeholders to deliver the approved roadmap and accelerate development.
- Maintain adherence to governance requirements and establish a scalable, maintainable solution that mitigates dependency on any single resource.
- Rapidly assess the current state of the application, provide technical leadership, and drive development activities through implementation.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading the development of enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, data modelling, application lifecycle management, testing, deployment, and governance.
- A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to operate autonomously and demonstrate ownership of development activities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
