Senior IAM Developer (One Identity)
📍 Hybrid Working | London or Scotland
I'm currently recruiting for a Senior IAM Developer to join a large, complex organisation undergoing continued investment within its Cyber Security and Identity & Access Management function.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale IAM solutions, taking ownership of the design, development and enhancement of a critical identity platform supporting a large and diverse user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain solutions within One Identity Manager.
- Develop integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems and other business applications.
- Support identity lifecycle management, access governance and security best practices.
- Deliver platform enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to IAM best practice across the wider team.

Required Experience
- Strong experience with One Identity Manager.
- Solid understanding of IAM, IGA and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP and access management solutions.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, T-SQL, Bash or similar.
- Experience integrating systems via APIs and web services.
