What We’re Looking For
- Industry-based reconciliation development or other reconciliation software tool experience
- Proven experience delivering configuration/code on time and within budget
- Experience acting as a technical lead on projects
- Experience in defining test cases and defect management
- Strong understanding of software development and implementation lifecycle
- Familiarity with Change Control Process and scope management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong MS SQL skills, data querying & manipulation
- Experience with SSRS or similar reporting tools
- SQL performance tuning expertise
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Desirables
- Operational SME experience within the Payments sector
- Educated to degree level in a technical subject or equivalent experience
- Background in FinTech, SaaS, or Finance
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in delivering AutoRek’s financial management solutions to our global client base. You’ll:
- Lead the configuration of solutions using AutoRek’s low-code platform and guide the team through build and test phases
- Implement and test the AutoRek core financial management solution
- Act as an AutoRek subject matter expert (SME) for configuration of solutions
- Review and sign off solution designs
- Prepare build plans and estimate development and testing work
- Prepare test cases and direct project build team
- Guide configuration and code in line with agreed requirements and designs
- Configure the most complex areas of the solution
- Complete unit testing and End-to-End testing
- Lead peer reviews and acceptance testing
- Manage defect triage and remediation through testing phases
- Develop and test remediation releases and prepare releases for deployment
- Lead project go-lives and transition to application support
- Provide coaching and mentoring to build teams
