Senior Developer / AI Engineer
Glasgow (hybrid - 2 days in the office)
We’re partnering with a client who has been building a brand-new AI capability from the ground up over the last 18 months. As such, a rare opportunity to join this team has arisen as they expand.
You'll be shaping how AI is applied across a large, technically advanced enterprise environment.
About the Role
This role will deliver production-grade solutions across complex, high-impact projects from GenAI features and automation, through to scalable, secure systems. Expect real technical depth, not just experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on Microsoft Azure (including AI services / Foundry)
- Utilize.NET and modern backend engineering
- Develop APIs, microservices and DevOps practices
- Implement GenAI / LLM tooling (RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search)

Ideal Candidate
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems and building robust, real-world systems in a fast-moving space, all within a high-calibre team. It is critical that you have a foundational background in software development to be considered for this role.
