If you enjoy building high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions and you're energized by turning real business needs into dependable technical delivery, this is a great opportunity with a reputed client. You'll work close to functional teams, shape solutions, and help the platform evolve through integrations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain Business Central customizations and extensions using AL and Visual Studio Code
- Translate requirements from functional consultants and stakeholders into technical specifications
- Build integrations with third-party systems and internal applications using APIs and web services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple environments
- Support upgrades, data migrations, and new functionality deployments
- Apply Business Central best practices for source control, testing, and DevOps
- Mentor and guide junior developers when required

What You'll Bring
- Strong experience developing for D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Solid hands-on capability with AL (and C/AL where applicable), Visual Studio Code, and Git
- Knowledge of Business Central architecture, extensions (v2), and event-driven programming
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and integration approaches
- Good understanding of financial and operational processes (finance, warehousing, and inventory)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the confidence to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to produce functional/technical design documentation

Additional Information
- Power Platform, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps experience is desirable
- Experience converting CA/L to AL is a plus
- Experience leading a small team of developers is preferable
