Senior Developer
Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to design, build and deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365, AI-enabled and Azure-based solutions for client projects, translating business requirements into effective technical outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead or significantly contribute to the design and delivery of production Microsoft 365, Azure and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build repeatable, secure cloud deployments using infrastructure as code and appropriate DevOps practices.
- Develop integration and automation workflows using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs and managed identity-based access patterns.
- Support team capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, internal presentations or blog posts.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft 365, Azure, responsible AI and cloud development practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Subject matter expertise in SharePoint Online, with experience delivering development projects end-to-end.
- Expert-level TypeScript and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) skills, including strong debugging and problem-solving capability.
- Strong experience integrating with Microsoft Graph APIs, SharePoint page and web part models, PnP Core, PnP PowerShell and site templating.
- Strong SharePoint search and term store knowledge, including managed and crawled properties, search queries, search web parts, term groups, term sets and terms.
- Hands-on PowerShell experience using native Microsoft cmdlets and PnP PowerShell for administration, migration and automation.
- Experience designing and developing AI-enabled applications using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong Azure PaaS development experience, including Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Logic Apps, APIs, managed identities and integration patterns.
- Strong capability in.NET Core and C# using currently supported versions.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Bicep for repeatable Azure deployments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, presentations and client-facing discussions.
- Experience estimating work, producing technical documentation and working within agile delivery.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub for work item tracking, source control practices and ideally automated build pipelines.
