Senior Developer
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our Consulting business.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, build and deliver secure, scalable .Net applications, and Azure-based solutions for client projects, translating business requirements into effective technical outcomes.
You will also lead in stakeholder engagements and coordinate technical strategy in this space with team members.
This is a senior role where you will be given the platform to showcase your expertise and knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £70,000 to £80,000 a year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and supporting secure, scalable .NET / Azure solutions
- Working with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Building and maintaining Azure PaaS services, integrations, and APIs
- Managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, and/or Bicep
- Producing technical documentation, estimates, and delivery artefacts to support project outcomes
- Collaborate within an agile team, while mentoring others and contributing to continuous improvement

What Success Looks Like
- Quickly add value on a key client engagement, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds and helping shape strategic goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively as part of an agile team, contributing to the design and delivery of Azure solutions and architecture.
- Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation, estimates, and implementation deliverables that align with project objectives and expectations.
- Communicate confidently in client-facing settings, translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and effective technical solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
The right candidate for this role will have:
- Strong Microsoft.NET / C# development expertise, delivering projects end-to-end
- Advanced Azure DevOps and/or GitHub skills, including CI/CD pipelines / GitHub Actions
- Proven experience with the Microsoft Azure PaaS ecosystem, including Azure Functions, Storage, Logic Apps, APIs, managed identities, integration patterns, and secure Entra-based solutions
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Bicep for repeatable Azure deployments
- Strong communication, documentation, estimation, and client-facing skills, with experience working in agile delivery environments
- A collaborative team player who can lead by example, mentor others, and guide delivery teams
