Senior Software Engineer
We work with some of the UK’s biggest companies and government departments to provide a pragmatic approach to technology, delivering bespoke software solutions and expert advice.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering the opportunity to be involved in the full development life cycle. You’ll typically work in small, tight-knit multidisciplinary teams, solving tough software problems. You’ll have the opportunity to further develop your career mentoring colleagues, advising our clients, and taking ownership of significant pieces of work.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for passionate, proactive technologists. We are technology agnostic and use the right language, tooling and frameworks for the job. That means we’re open-minded when it comes to your existing skillset, but we value the following:

- Good experience in at least one of Python, Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, and their associated ecosystems.
- You’re a problem-solver, pragmatically exploring options and finding effective solutions.
- An understanding of how to design and build well-structured, maintainable systems.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- You embrace the chance to try new things, learn new skills and grow your experience.
