Arm is seeking a Developer Web Manager to join the Marketing AI Systems team. This role will own and drive the strategy for Arm’s developer web experiences, with

You will be responsible for defining and evolving the developer web strategy, ensuring Arm’s developer sites provide intuitive, discoverable, high-quality experiences that help developers find the technical content, tools, software, and resources they need. You will work closely with Developer Marketing, Business Units, Engineering, Web teams, IT, and business stakeholders to translate developer and business requirements into an effective web strategy and roadmap.

You will also own and manage the feature roadmap for the Arm Developer Dashboard, working with stakeholders and delivery teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that improve the authenticated developer experience.

AI will be fundamental to the role. You will drive an AI-first approach to developer web experiences, identifying opportunities to use AI to improve discovery, navigation, personalization, developer journeys, content experiences, and interactions across Arm’s developer web estate. You will also ensure Arm’s developer web experiences and content are structured to be discoverable and useful through emerging AI-driven search and discovery experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic web thinking with strong execution, understands developer audiences and digital journeys, and can bring together requirements from multiple teams into a coherent product and web roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the overall strategy for
  • Work closely with BUs, Engineering, Developer Marketing, Marketing AI Systems, and other internal stakeholders to capture, prioritize, and deliver web requirements that support developer and business objectives
  • Own and manage the feature roadmap for the Arm Developer Dashboard, defining priorities and working with engineering, product, UX, and business stakeholders to evolve the authenticated developer experience
  • Ensure Arm’s developer sites integrate seamlessly with
  • Align the developer web strategy with Arm’s overall corporate web strategy, while representing the distinct requirements of technical and developer audiences
  • Drive an AI-first web strategy alongside the wider team, identifying and delivering opportunities to use AI to improve developer discovery, navigation, personalization, journeys, and overall web experience
  • Ensure developer web content, architecture, metadata, and experiences are optimized for both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery and answer experiences
  • Own and manage core developer web journeys, identifying experience and content gaps and driving improvements to pages, navigation, information architecture, search, and workflows
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to surface Arm’s software ecosystem — including products, tools, workflows, solutions, documentation, and technical content — effectively across developer web experiences
  • Work with AI activations team to review and use data, developer insights, analytics, experimentation, and reporting to measure web performance, identify opportunities, prioritize investment, and support decision-making
  • Define web requirements and translate strategic objectives and developer needs into clear briefs, requirements, priorities, and roadmap items for delivery teams
  • Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, STE, engineering, UX, IT, legal, corporate web, and business units to ensure consistency, governance, and alignment across Arm’s web estate

Required Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of web strategy, digital product management, developer journeys, information architecture, UX, and web-based marketing principles
  • Experience owning or contributing to the strategy and roadmap for a significant website, digital platform, or web product
  • Experience gathering, prioritizing, and translating cross-functional requirements into web features, experiences, and roadmap priorities
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven digital experiences, including the evolving role of AI in search, discovery, personalization, content, and web interaction
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using web analytics, user insights, experimentation, and performance data to inform strategy and prioritization
  • Experience managing or contributing to technical or developer-focused journeys and content
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and influence teams where direct ownership may sit elsewhere
  • Understanding of software developers, their workflows, and the challenges they face when discovering and adopting technologies
  • Good understanding of Arm’s vertical markets and the associated developer audiences, products, tools, software, and solutions
  • Experience with technical journey mapping, web content strategy, and digital experience optimization
