Salary and Benefits
- A GBP 65,000:A GBP 75,000 salary

- Coordinate the development kitchen and team.
- Manage multiple culinary projects simultaneously.
- Lead major client tastings and presentations.
- Support menu development and innovation.
- Work closely with commercial and costing teams.
- Coordinate recipes, specifications and development systems.
- Support tenders and new business opportunities.
- Represent the culinary team with senior clients.
- Help develop and train production teams.
- Bring greater structure to development processes.
About You
- Senior Development Chef, Executive Chef or senior culinary professional.
- Background can include contract catering, events, food manufacturing, corporate catering or large-scale hospitality.
- Strong culinary credibility, but equally strong organizational skills.
- Experienced with menu development and food costing.
- Confident presenting food and concepts to senior clients.
- Comfortable with systems, specifications and documentation.
- Commercially aware and highly organized.
- Diplomatic and confident working with experienced teams.
- Comfortable travelling when required.
