Senior Development Manager
Home-Based (Midlands & Wales) | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Development Manager to lead high-value regeneration projects using a Developer Led Framework across the Midlands and Wales.
This senior role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management and client engagement — advising on procurement strategies and showcasing the value of our framework. You’ll work closely with the Development Director and play a key part in driving growth and delivering impactful projects.

- Lead complex development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop procurement strategies and manage risk and delivery plans.
- Engage with public and private sector partners to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Champion sustainability and social value.
- Support clients with procurement strategies, tender documents and business cases.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and maintain client relationships.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in property development, construction or real estate.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of procurement frameworks and public sector procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercially astute, entrepreneurial and confident working independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
