We are seeking an accomplished Senior Development Manager to support the identification, appraisal and delivery of development projects across the UK and Ireland, with opportunities to contribute to international work. This role suits a commercially minded professional with financial, stakeholder and future leadership potential.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying, appraising and helping secure new development opportunities across residential, mixed‑use and select commercial sectors.
- Preparing and reviewing development appraisals, financial models and cashflow forecasts to inform investment decisions.
- Managing or supporting due diligence, funding strategies and site acquisition activities.
- Managing development budgets, cost plans and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing development and project management processes to achieve agreed time, cost and quality outcomes.
- Working collaboratively with clients, consultants and internal teams across design, planning, construction and operations.

You’ll need to have:
- Proven experience in development management, ideally in a client‑side or consultancy environment.
- Strong commercial and financial capability, including development appraisals and Excel‑based modelling.
- Experience across UK (particularly London) residential and mixed‑use markets; broader sector exposure is an advantage.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and presentation skills.
- Professional qualification (e.g. RICS or similar) desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including international.
