Information Intelligence Group (IIG)

We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, a specialist software consultancy providing new bespoke solutions to solve our customers complex operational problems. As our business continues to grow, we are interested in speaking with an experienced DevOps Engineer to join one of our live projects in either our National Security or Central Government teams.

At IIG, there’s no such thing as a typical solution – we’re looking for talent that can keep up with our clients’ challenges, and set the pace for new ideation. We value intelligence and fast learners, flexibility and excitement about tackling every new opportunity. Our work is highly collaborative, so friendly relationship builders are vital to our teams.

The Role

Due to continued and sustained growth, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an Agile engineering team to work on a large complex programme of work for one of our customers, building a new bespoke software solution. You will be involved in:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Deploying, scaling, and managing Kubernetes clusters. Familiarity with related technologies such as Docker and Helm.
  • Developing and implementing automated tools and processes for building, deployment, monitoring, testing and maintenance of infrastructure and applications
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for security, compliance, and disaster recovery
  • Optimise infrastructure for high availability, fault tolerance, and cost efficiency
  • Continuously monitor and improve infrastructure and application performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues
  • Manage and mentor junior DevOps engineers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
