The Role
- Be a subject matter expert in underlying technologies, providing technical support to developers
- Prioritize engineering decisions and contribute to modernizing DevOps practices through automation and AI-assisted engineering
- Design, implement, and lead CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform)
- Develop and maintain containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS)
- Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability using tools like DataDog, and implement and manage AWS cloud infrastructure

What You'll Need
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud technologies, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred), Ansible, Terraform, and YAML-based pipelines
- Proficiency in scripting (Shell/PowerShell) and Python, along with experience in Agile/Scrum practices
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS), with exposure to AI/ML-powered tooling in software engineering or DevOps workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in financial services environments being advantageous
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model in London, UK
