What You'll Be Doing
- Building and supporting cloud-native platforms across AWS and Azure environments
- Designing secure, scalable and automated infrastructure solutions
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Driving DevSecOps best practices across engineering teams
- Supporting production environments and resolving complex platform issues
- Applying SRE principles to improve resilience, reliability and performance
- Implementing observability solutions including monitoring, metrics, logging and alerting
- Supporting incident management and post-incident improvement activities
- Leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance delivery and productivity
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical excellence across teams
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
- Hands-on DevSecOps or Platform Engineering experience
- Advanced Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise
- Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles including SLIs, SLOs and error budgets
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana or similar
- Experience supporting cloud-native production environments
- Knowledge of incident and problem management practices
- Passion for automation, continuous improvement and engineering excellence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical standards

Bonus Points
- Experience with AIOps solutions
- Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud environments
- Strong understanding of platform engineering operating models
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience
