The Role
- Act as a subject matter expert in underlying technologies, providing detailed technical support to developers.
- Drive the modernization of DevOps practices through automation and AI-assisted engineering capabilities.
- Design, implement, and lead CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Develop and maintain containerized applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration, deployment, and troubleshooting across environments.

What You'll Need
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Expertise with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, or AKS.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell, with a focus on integrating automation and AI tools into workflows.
- Experience in financial services or investment banking environments, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
