What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, building and maintaining highly available cloud infrastructure
  • Driving Kubernetes and container platform adoption across engineering teams
  • Automating infrastructure and deployment processes through Infrastructure as Code
  • Improving platform reliability, observability, security and operational efficiency
  • Working closely with software engineers to optimise performance and scalability
  • Contributing to architecture decisions for distributed systems operating at scale

What We're Looking For

  • Strong DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering experience
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience managing large-scale production environments in AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Strong Linux systems knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, observability and automation best practices
  • Experience supporting distributed systems where availability, reliability and performance are critical

Nice to Have

  • Experience within sports betting, gaming, fintech, trading or other high-transaction environments
  • Knowledge of service mesh, networking, platform security or cloud cost optimisation
  • Experience with Golang, Python or other automation-focused programming languages
