What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, building and maintaining highly available cloud infrastructure
- Driving Kubernetes and container platform adoption across engineering teams
- Automating infrastructure and deployment processes through Infrastructure as Code
- Improving platform reliability, observability, security and operational efficiency
- Working closely with software engineers to optimise performance and scalability
- Contributing to architecture decisions for distributed systems operating at scale

What We're Looking For
- Strong DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Experience managing large-scale production environments in AWS, GCP or Azure
- Strong Linux systems knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, observability and automation best practices
- Experience supporting distributed systems where availability, reliability and performance are critical
Nice to Have
- Experience within sports betting, gaming, fintech, trading or other high-transaction environments
- Knowledge of service mesh, networking, platform security or cloud cost optimisation
- Experience with Golang, Python or other automation-focused programming languages
