The Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will use modern tooling to develop CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains, putting automation at the heart of everything you do.
You will craft, implement, and enable solutions that are highly available, resilient, scalable, extensible, and maintainable across multiple cloud environments.
Working across the organisation, you will drive a mindset shift toward engineering ownership, championing the integrity and long-term maintenance of the services we deliver.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work across product-focused teams to gather requirements, evaluate tools, and implement or update solutions.
- Provision and manage environments across cloud platforms.
- Assist with operational issues, ensuring services remain highly available and resilient.
- Champion automation-first practices across CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
- Support the migration of legacy applications into modern cloud environments.
- Collaborate within agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams to embed Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment as standard practice.
What We're Looking For
Essential / Lead Criteria:
- Active SC Clearance — mandatory for this role.
- Demonstrable experience developing and supporting AWS cloud-based applications (using EC2 and ECS).
- Demonstrable knowledge of writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code (Terraform and Ansible).
- Demonstrable experience using Unix/Linux/Windows in a support and/or development environment, including scripting languages and implementing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI.
- Demonstrable experience working in a software or platform engineering agile (Scrum/Kanban) DevOps environment with Continuous Integration & Deployment.
- Experience migrating legacy applications to a cloud environment.
