This organization plays a critical role in supporting the financial stability and growth of communities globally for over 300 years, providing trusted financial market infrastructure services with an open-access model.
The Role
- Be a subject matter expert in underlying technologies, providing detailed technical support for developers.
- Contribute to modernising DevOps practices through automation and AI-assisted engineering capabilities.
- Design, implement, and lead CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform).
- Develop and maintain containerised applications (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS) and implement cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Mentor and guide team members, driving POCs and onboarding new tools, including AI-assisted development and intelligent automation.

What You'll Need
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud technologies, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Expertise with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred), Ansible, Terraform, and YAML-based pipelines.
- Proficient in AWS cloud infrastructure and scripting (Shell/PowerShell, Python advantageous).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and troubleshooting across development, testing, and production environments.
- Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL optimisation, familiarity with Control-M or scheduling tools, and experience in financial services environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to AI/ML-powered tooling in software engineering or DevOps workflows.
