Do you want to shape the future of software delivery in the financial services industry?

Kosli is looking for Senior DevOps Solutions Engineers to join our growing team. The position is remote, but requires willingness to travel and work onsite with clients. As part of a fast-paced startup, this role is about helping customers succeed by implementing innovative solutions to transform the way banks and financial institutions deliver software.

About Kosli

Kosli's mission is to change the way we deliver software in regulated industries. The world is built on mission-critical software - it calculates our bank balance, drives our cars, diagnoses our illnesses, runs critical infrastructure, etc. We want to empower the engineers who make this software.

AI is changing how software gets built - teams are shipping faster, with more changes, under more scrutiny than ever before. In regulated industries, that creates a real problem because every change still needs to be controlled, and governance hasn't kept pace.

We automate software delivery governance so that controls get stronger and teams can ship faster.

We are an ambitious group of people and we want you to join us. We are funded by leading VC investors such as Heavybit (investors in Snyk, LaunchDarkly, CircleCI, Netlify, Tailscale) and Deutsche Bank.

About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to design and implement high-impact, scalable Kosli implementations. This role spans strategic technical discussions, solution architecture design, implementation support and long-term client management. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure we deliver best-in-class service and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
