Senior DevSecOps Engineer β€” Open Banking Infrastructure Platform

πŸ“ London (Hybrid, 2 days in office) | πŸ’° Up to Β£90,000 + Equity

About the Company

Our client is an open banking infrastructure platform tackling one of financial services' oldest barriers: access. Card networks have long monopolised the movement of money, and banks have monopolised the data behind it β€” this company exists to challenge that, connecting growth-stage and enterprise businesses to thousands of banks worldwide.

The platform already underpins household names in payments and fintech, and the business is post-Series B and revenue-generating, with a headcount of 150–200. To date it has raised around $70M across five funding rounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Security Tooling & Guardrails β€” Select, integrate, and maintain security tooling across environments and CI/CD pipelines; design and enforce automated security guardrails across the cloud estate
  • GCP Security β€” Harden and secure the GCP environment (IAM, network security); own resource configuration management
  • Compliance Automation β€” Partner with compliance/governance teams to translate requirements into automated practices; build verifiable infrastructure and deployment processes
  • Vulnerability & Patch Management β€” Automate identification and triage of vulnerabilities; work with engineering to remediate across infrastructure, apps and dependencies
  • Developer Empowerment β€” Build "golden path" templates for secure service deployment, enabling feature teams to ship confidently without compromising security
  • Incident Response β€” Contribute to the security incident response team, helping resolve security events swiftly

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
