Job Title: Senior AI DevSecOps Engineer
Salary: Up to £125,000 Base + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
Location: Hybrid (UK)
Work Type: Permanent
Role:
Security is no longer about slowing teams down. It's about enabling innovation. We're partnering with an exciting technology business building AI native products that are transforming the way people interact with software. With AI at the core of their platform, they're investing heavily in secure engineering and are looking for a Senior AI DevSecOps Engineer to help scale security across a growing product portfolio.
This isn't a business trying to introduce DevSecOps. They already have a mature security function, a modern engineering culture and a clear roadmap. They're looking for someone who can build on that foundation by developing intelligent security automation, influencing engineering teams and ensuring security evolves alongside rapid product innovation.
If you've secured AI native products, enjoy building tooling and automation, and thrive in modern cloud native engineering environments, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
