Are you an experienced agency Account Manager ready to lead at a higher level? This is your opportunity to take full ownership of strategic partnerships while shaping sophisticated paid media strategies that drive measurable impact.

We’re looking for a commercially strong, strategically confident Senior Digital Account Manager to join Hybrid’s award-winning partnerships team - leading key higher education clients and driving performance across complex, multi-channel paid media campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and own senior client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Develop and present robust paid media strategies across social, search, display, and programmatic.
  • Build detailed media plans aligned to recruitment, engagement, and brand objectives.
  • Drive performance conversations, translating data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance with accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand paid media activity.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and strategic proposals.

Required Experience:

  • Strong agency experience in account management within marketing.
  • Deep understanding of paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic) and how they drive ROI.
  • Confidence building media plans and shaping multi-channel strategy.
  • Excellent client communication skills - credible, persuasive, and commercially aware.
  • Experience managing larger budgets and complex campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and turn insight into action.
  • Leadership mindset with experience supporting or mentoring others.
