The Role:
As a Senior Digital Analyst within Customer you will use our industry leading tools and data visualisation to understand the customer behaviour on our digital channels then feed that insight into teams across the business. Your role will be a mix of project-based work, day-to-day insight and analysis as well as enabling stakeholders to self-serve, likely specialising in a particular area.

What you’ll be doing:
- Accountable for providing insight into customer behaviour on our digital channels and presenting this in a variety of different ways, from a quick conversation to a deep dive insight pack or a self-serve dashboard, providing commentary and making impactful recommendations.
- Look for new ways to develop our and others reporting & processes through automation & optimisation along with learning and adopting emerging technologies and ‘best practice’.
- Own the relationship with your stakeholders across digital, ecomm and broader analytics teams to prioritise and deliver the backlog. Working to make sure we’re capturing the right data, in the right place, at the right time.
- Drive your own development and support with training. While you’ll have ample support and training where required, with the constantly evolving landscape in data and analytics, it’ll be important to identify your development needs and the best way to grow them.
- Be able to understand the strategy and goals for your stakeholders, translate them into clear requirements that can be supported by analysis and ensure they’re followed through into action.
- Champion, educate and coach the business in analytics & self serve. Support with training and actively promote the reporting, tools and data in day to day business activity.

Who you are:
- An agile and innovative thinker, able to think creatively about problem solving while applying a logical & methodical approach to come up with ideas.
- Experienced communicator, credible, articulate, compelling and engaging. Able to build trust with stakeholders, present technical concepts to non-technical audiences and make value driven recommendations.
- Self-starter with initiative and good self-management skills, able to prioritise your own work against business objectives and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who is excited by digital, retail and fashion. Eager to tell stories from data and adopt new technologies & tools.
- Passionate about self-development and development of others, adaptable and has a growth mindset.
- Proactive and positive mindset that embraces change in a fast moving environment. A clear desire to create value from data and adaptable to changing circumstance.
- Experienced with Adobe Analytics with an aptitude to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with data visualisation techniques or tooling (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Power BI or MicroStrategy) would be useful but not essential.
- An interest in data coding languages (e.g. SQL, Python/R, VBA).
