Senior Digital Analyst

Manchester City Centre (Hybrid, 3 Days in Office)
Up to £60K + Excellent Benefits

I'm working with a fast-growing Manchester business that's delivering over 20% year-on-year growth and has recently secured significant PE investment.

With a new Data Director joining the business, there's a real drive to elevate data across the company, bringing Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science and BI together under one function. As part of that journey, they're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Analyst to become the go-to person for Digital Analytics.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to stay hands-on technically whilst having a genuine influence on how data is used across the business.

What's In It For You?

  • Salary up to £60,000
  • The chance to join during a major digital and data transformation
  • Work closely with a new Data Director and help shape the future of the data function
  • Strong investment in learning and development
  • Excellent wellbeing and healthcare support
  • Enhanced family-friendly benefits
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Hybrid working from a Manchester City Centre office – 3 days in office
  • A collaborative culture where data is valued and acted upon

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
