We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Co-ordinator to join our Construction team based in Castle Donington, East Midlands.
Location: Castle Donington, East Midlands - Hybrid working available, with travel to the office required. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the Digital Construction team, supporting them in driving digital transformation across our projects. Your day-to-day will include:

- Providing user support and training for all project stakeholders, ensuring everyone can confidently use digital tools
- Ensuring BIM Execution Plans are observed and delivered against, maintaining compliance with ISO 19650 standards
- Contributing to monthly reporting to identify and measure digital implementation and maturity across projects
- Supporting bid teams with responses to BIM-related questions and helping to showcase our capabilities
- Building positive relationships with internal teams and supply chain partners to facilitate collaborative working
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Digital Construction Co-ordinator is great for you if:
- You're an excellent communicator who can build positive working relationships with colleagues and supply chain partners
- You have a good understanding of the ISO 19650 series and openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie
- You're enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working
- You can manage your own workload effectively and prioritise tasks to support project delivery
- You're willing to mentor others and share your knowledge generously
