Role Description
The Senior Digital Consultant (UK) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives for construction and infrastructure clients. This position involves assessing client needs, designing digital strategies, and implementing solutions that improve project planning, delivery, and operational performance. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Advising stakeholders on best practices
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes

The consultant will prepare clear documentation, present recommendations to senior client leaders, and contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement of IIMBE’s services in the UK and broader markets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex project data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy to design and implement technology-led improvements across construction and asset management workflows.
- Advanced Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, project delivery advisory, and change management in a professional services environment.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, lead workshops, and present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in engineering, construction management, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in major construction, infrastructure, or built environment projects, with a focus on digital enablement.
- Strong understanding of common digital tools and platforms used in design, construction, and operations (e.g., BIM, common data environments, project management or asset information systems).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively across time zones.
