About the Role
You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure.
We are currently looking for a Senior Digital & Data Manager who will lead our digital transformation agenda, using innovation, data excellence and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery, improve performance and support business growth.
Responsibilities
As The Senior Digital & Data Manager, You Will
- Lead and deliver the @one digital and data strategy, ensuring it supports business goals and long-term transformation.
- Embed a data-driven culture across the organisation, enabling better decision-making, performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee data governance, asset information management and compliance, maintaining high standards across systems, processes and industry requirements.
- Drive the development of digital platforms, business intelligence, reporting, AI and automation to improve efficiency, productivity and innovation.
- Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & Data team of around 35 people, while building strong relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners, suppliers and wider industry stakeholders.

Requirements
We Are Looking For
- Degree qualified in Engineering, IT, Software, Digital Transformation or a related discipline.
- Significant leadership experience in digital, data or technology roles, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving change.
- Strong expertise in data and information management, with proven experience delivering technology-enabled transformation programmes that create measurable business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, combined with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with AI, automation technologies, digital products, cloud technologies, modern data platforms, Master Data Management and change management.
