Design that gets noticed. Creative that gets results.
We’re looking for a Digital Graphic Designer Lead to join a growing global SaaS business and play a key role in how its brand shows up across digital channels.
This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be handed a brief and asked to make it look good. You’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape creative direction, influence campaigns and use design to drive engagement, conversion and commercial growth.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll bring ideas to life across everything from paid campaigns and social content to landing pages, eBooks, video and motion. You’ll also help evolve the brand, introduce new ways of working and make sure creative stays consistent, relevant and effective across multiple markets.
It’s a hands-on role with plenty of ownership, creative freedom and visibility.
Day to Day
- Own the design process from initial concept through to final delivery across a wide range of digital channels.
- Create engaging creative for paid media, social, email, websites, campaigns, eBooks, presentations, infographics and more.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that translate across multiple channels and audiences.
- Help shape and evolve global brand guidelines, ensuring the brand remains consistent while allowing creative to flex by channel and market.
- Work closely with digital marketing, paid media, SEO, content and campaign teams to create work that doesn’t just look great, but performs.
- Use campaign and performance data to understand what’s working and continuously improve creative output.
- Bring motion and animation into campaigns where it adds value, creating more engaging digital experiences.
- Work with external agencies and creative partners where required, maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Support and provide creative direction to designers working across different regions.
- Keep up to date with emerging design trends, technology and AI tools and identify opportunities to make the creative process faster and smarter.
- Help build a culture of experimentation, where creative ideas are tested, measured and improved.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

- Experience with motion or animation tools such as After Effects would be a bonus.
- A strong understanding of how creative needs to adapt across paid social, organic social, web, email and other digital channels.
- An interest in using AI and emerging creative technology to improve ideas, output and efficiency. Experience with tools such as Runway or Veo would be advantageous.

- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across marketing and the wider business.
- Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- A good eye for detail and a genuine passion for producing high-quality creative.
