We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our Creative Team and work across both brand creative and UI/UX.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of brand and product. You’ll shape campaign visuals and promotional assets while designing user flows, layouts and prototypes, owning projects end to end alongside Product, Engineering and Marketing. You’ll also use AI-assisted tools and performance insights to raise the quality and efficiency of what we deliver.
What you’ll do
- Campaign & Brand Creative: Set visual direction for campaigns and produce high-quality promotional and digital assets in line with brand guidelines.
- UI & UX Design: Design user flows, wireframes, functional prototypes and responsive layouts that are intuitive and accessible.
- Design Systems: Build, maintain and evolve scalable component libraries, templates and design workflows.
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Take projects from brief to final delivery, refining briefs with stakeholders and keeping work on track.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to align priorities and deliver cohesive experiences.
- Design QA: Run thorough post-handoff quality checks with developers to reduce design and implementation issues.
- Data-Informed Design: Use performance insights, user feedback and testing results to improve design outcomes.
- AI & Innovation: Use AI-assisted creative and design tools to work more efficiently without compromising quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
