Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.

The project: New Canary Wharf HQ represents an opportunity to redefine digital delivery standards on one of a leading Financial Institution's most important London developments. The project has been specifically established to avoid lessons learned from previous programmes where inconsistent BIM adoption across the supply chain resulted in significant handover challenges and incomplete information records.

This role offers the chance to shape BIM strategy, drive innovation and establish a leading BIM-to-Digital-Twin delivery model for the flagship global client.

We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Manager to lead Digital Delivery, Information Management and BIM Governance for a financial institution's new HQ development in Canary Wharf, London where you will be onsite with the client on a hybrid basis.

This is a high-profile project that will establish a benchmark for BIM-enabled project delivery and digital twin readiness across the institution's real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that BIM requirements are embedded from project inception through design, construction, handover and operational readiness.

Working closely with the client's Design and Construction stakeholders, designers, contractors and specialist trade partners, you will drive compliance with BIM Requirements, ISO 19650 processes and digital twin objectives, ensuring that all project information is delivered in a structured, coordinated and operationally useful manner. The role will also play a key part in preparing project information for integration into Autodesk Tandem and future operational digital twin environments.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Information management leadership
    • Manage the implementation of BIM and Information Management processes in accordance with ISO 19650.
    • Act as the primary BIM and Digital Delivery lead for the project.
    • Establish project BIM governance, assurance and reporting processes.
    • Review and monitor compliance with Employer's Information Requirements (EIR), Asset Information Requirements (AIR), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), MIDPs and TIDPs.
    • Provide strategic guidance to designers, contractors and trade contractors on BIM implementation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
