Senior Digital Executive - Global Media Agency - London - Up to 34k

The Company

A leading global media agency, part of one of the world's largest media networks, is looking for a Digital Senior Exec. to join its Central London team, working on a prestigious global client.

This is an opportunity to join a highly strategic and creative media team, working across multiple international markets and some of the world's best-known brands.

The agency has a strong reputation for combining data, technology, and media expertise to turn audience insights into effective digital campaigns. Its digital offering spans Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Display, Mobile, and eCommerce.

The Job

As a Digital SAE, you'll help plan, activate, optimise, and report on digital campaigns across Programmatic, Paid Search, and Paid Social.

Working closely with an Associate Director and Manager, you'll support the delivery of campaigns for a major global brand, using data and audience insights to drive performance and deliver against client objectives.

You'll also have the opportunity to take ownership of specific brands, develop your expertise across multiple digital channels, and work with international teams and stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and optimise campaigns across Programmatic (primarily), Paid Search, and Paid Social
  • Work across platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and other relevant channels
  • Build and support digital media plans across Programmatic, Social, and PPC
  • Help manage and track campaign budgets and spend
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities
  • Work with senior team members to deliver against key business objectives including ROI, traffic, and budget targets
  • Support Buyers with campaign activity, training, and development
  • Contribute to day-to-day communication with international agency teams and client stakeholders
  • Support wider paid media planning and strategy
  • Take ownership of specific brands and become a trusted point of contact for digital activity
  • Produce regular campaign reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Continue developing knowledge across Programmatic, Paid Search, and Paid Social

You

  • 12+ months of experience in digital media, with hands-on activation in programmatic media
  • Experience across Paid Search and/or Paid Social would be a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign performance
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence using Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine passion for learning
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a social, fast-paced team
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Additional European language skills would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working on alcohol/beverage advertising accounts
  • Must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available
