THE ROLE
As Senior Digital Experience Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end regional digital experience, from the first customer interaction right through to repeat purchase and loyalty. You’ll bring acquisition, onsite experience, ecommerce trading, CRO and retention together into one joined-up strategy, while sharing ownership of the regional web P&L. The Senior Digital Experience Manager will have real influence over conversion, customer lifetime value, sales, margin and profitability, working closely with senior teams across Brand, Acquisition, Retention and Trading.

THE PERSON
The ideal Senior Digital Experience Manager will be a commercially sharp digital leader with strong experience across digital experience, CRO, ecommerce trading and P&L ownership, alongside a solid understanding of CRM, loyalty and retention. You’ll be confident diving into data across media performance, LTV, conversion, retention and margin, turning insight into commercial decisions at pace. This Senior Digital Experience Manager needs to be hands-on, entrepreneurial and comfortable leading a team while influencing senior stakeholders across a fast-moving business.
