Opportunity
A rare opportunity to join a growing digital function during a period of significant transformation. As Senior Digital Experience Manager, you'll work across the strategy, governance and optimisation of a complex digital estate, shaping how customers interact with key digital channels for years to come.
The role
You'll be responsible for helping drive digital experience strategy, improving website performance, customer journeys and user engagement. Working across design, content, analytics and marketing, you'll ensure digital experiences are insight-led, customer-centric and continuously evolving.

About you
We're looking for an experienced digital experience candidate with a strong background in website management, digital experience, optimisation and customer journey improvement. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise and be confident influencing stakeholders, challenging the status quo and driving positive change.
Key responsibilities
- Digital Experience, Website, UX or Optimisation leadership experience
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and digital performance
- Experience managing complex website environments
- Knowledge of accessibility, governance and SEO best practice
- Data-driven decision making and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work with stakeholders and influence at all levels
