As Senior Digital Experience & UX Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping how buyers discover, experience and engage with one of the world’s largest television catalogues. Working across Marketing, Product and Technology, you'll continuously improve customer journeys through user-centred design, customer insight and product optimisation.
You'll own small to medium-sized product initiatives, support larger strategic programmes, and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Technology and Content teams to deliver digital experiences that support commercial growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining product thinking, user experience, customer insight and creativity to solve customer problems and shape the future of ITV Studios' digital experiences.
Main responsibilities
- Strategic Design: Own the end-to-end design process, from deep user research and problem definition to high-fidelity mock-ups, requirements definition (as Epics and User Stories) and developer hand-off and subsequent QA testing. Be the voice of the customer, articulating design decisions through user insight, commercial value and evidence-based recommendations.
- Collaborative Agile Squad Integration: Thrive within an agile product squad, balancing user needs with commercial business objectives. Work seamlessly with product owners, technology teams and development partners, ensuring smooth design implementation and high quality delivery.
- Systematic & User-Centric Approach: Apply a rigorous, systematic approach to design, leveraging our existing design system and partners. Iterate based on user feedback, ensuring the product is intuitive, accessible, and commercially effective and engaging.

- Champion customer-first thinking and shape editorial experiences that improve discovery, engagement and commercial impact.
- Support the evolution of homepage experiences, genre destinations, collections and programme pages, ensuring the catalogue continues to evolve alongside changing customer needs and commercial priorities.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales & Product teams to develop best practice for customer journeys, digital merchandising and catalogue experiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys through experimentation, customer insight and UX thinking.
- Balance UX best practice with strong editorial judgement, ensuring customer journeys reflect commercial priorities while maintaining a premium catalogue experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
